Heartlight is seeking dedicated and committed men and women who want to be a part of the Heartlight team that focuses on helping hurting and struggling teens and their families.
Heartlight is a residential counseling center for adolescents whose circumstances necessitate alternative living arrangements outside of their homes. Troubled young people come to us from around the country, and their families are also required to be a part of the healing process. With a capacity of 48 residents, the Heartlight program entails counseling, group meetings, activities (horses, skiing, wakeboarding, rappelling, skateboarding and anything else that kids are in to), schooling, residential living, and life-on-life existence with our staff members in an arena of relationships. Heartlight is evangelical in its theology, committed to excellence in its staff and facility, and progressive in its program for kids and families.
Our team approach, weaving the components of residential living, counseling, and administration of the ministry into a working and effective ministry, values each position on our staff, helping them utilize their gifts to provide a program of excellence in all aspects of our operation.
